The CWS ia2stuff contains stuff from the old IA2 CWS oo31ia2 that hasn't been migrated to the current code line yet.

The CWS ia2stuff is not meant to be integrated some time!

Instead, people should do the following:
- migrate changes that should be kept to a new CWS
- if modification have been necessary, migrate them back to CWS ia2stuff
- if changes in the CWS ia2stuff shouldn't be used in OOo, remove them in the CWS

This way, the difference between the CWS ia2stuff and the corresponding master should become smaller and smaller.

This issue is solved once there is no difference anymore.

Minor update: CWS name is accstuff, not IA2 stuff, as changes are not only affecting IA2 but all Accessibility bridges...

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

consolidating onto issue bug 107914 where the ia2 branch merge into master now requires verification of all accessibility functions.
