To reproduce, connect a form containing a date field to Oracle via JDBC. The table must have a date or a timestamp field.
Start filtering with an expression like ">01/04/2011". Type Enter or Tab.
The field value changes to "> '01.04.2011'". Push the filter button.
No ResultSet.
IIRC this has worked in OpenOffice 2 (Expression did change to > #01.04.2011#).
So Regression?

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
