Crashrep stack

- use the WinXP file picker in OOo
- start OOo and choose file open
- go to a directory with OOo documents
- change to thumbnail view
- OOo crashes
- Error report id is: rv4t4nn

The new directories in shell needs fix to buid with mingw GCC.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
