ALG: This is a follow-up to #118485#. For OLEs and Images conversions are partially missing. Also, some of the conversions and the 'break' command is erraneous.

ALG: Added 'convert to metafile' and 'convert to bitmap', both is possible now for OLEs and GraphicObjects.

Also corrected most converters from OLE2 and GraphicObject to something else. Most of these had some erors due to old code stuff; fixed in old code as far as possible. The mid term solution will be to change all converters to use primitives as base.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
