http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ooo/ooo-site/trunk/content/lingucomponent/ has two sub-folders that differ only in case: DicOOo/ and dicooo/.  DicOOo/ has no content and could be deleted?

The duplicate names prevent check-out to platforms having case-insensitive file systems.

DicOOo (empty) directory removed form lingucomponent.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
