Reproduce steps:
1. Open Calc
2. In sheet1, input some data
3. Highligh a cell, from menu "Window->Split"

Defect Sheet tab area narrows, it's hard to let user select other sheet.

Please can you attach a screenshot? I cannot see a problem with unaccessible sheet tabs. Thanks.

Add snapshot, pls refer to the sheet name area. After split window, the sheet name narrows.

Thanks for the screenshot, now I can reproduce the issue, however I don't know how to improve this, lets see what the developers will suggest.
