Text formatting is not tracked as a change in calc spreadsheet application.

OpenOffice.org 3.3.0
OOO330m20 (Build:9567)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a cell containing normal text.
2. Enable change tracking.
3. Change format of text to bold in cell by either:
   A. Select cell and change formatting
   B. Select part of text within cell and change formatting
4. Open accept or reject changes dialog.
5. Observe formatting changes are not listed.

Edit - Changes - Accept or Reject... -> fails to detect text formatting.
