Discovered while fixing bug 118747

Undo/Restore insert sheets from another document loses the sheet tab color.
ScUndoImportTab does not set the tab background color.

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20121109.1800 rev 1407366, tab color does not lose during undo/redo, this bug is fixed.
