Sheet select behaviors not correct

Step:
1. New a Spreadsheet, Select Sheet 3, right click on Sheet 3.  Select "Insert sheet ..." Menu.
2. In insert sheet dialog, select After current sheet dialog in Position, input 253 to No. of sheets, Click OK.
3. After insert successfully, right click on default Active sheet "Sheet 4", Select "Select all Sheets" menu, then right click on  "Sheet 4" again to change all sheets color.
4. Save it to MS office format .xls

Open it on MS office or OpenOffice, You will find all sheet select by default only Sheet 2, if we select sheet 3, the status is same, only sheet 2 not selected.

but if we select sheet 2, the status will become right one, only sheet 2 select and others not select.


This issue not repro if we save it to .ods in step 4.
