Description theomuys 2012-03-26 08:49:36 UTC
Our company template has different masters, with a different main color.
Bulleted text has a different color, depending on the master chosen. The bullet color should change with the text.

When using AOO340m1 the text color is as expected, the bullet color is always the color of the first master.

First master in the template: text color & bullet color are blue.
Selecting master red or green: text color changes to red or green, bullet color remains blue.

When editing the master, changes are not saved.

Please attach such a document. You can exchange the characters with x, but retain the bullets.

Is it an original AOO or OOo document or is it converted from an other format e.g. Powerpoint?

It is an original OOo document, originally created in OOo 3.3.
OOo 3.3 displays fine, as does LO3.5.

Example attached.

additional comment: to display the above attached example document correctly in OOo3.3 and/or LO3.5, you need to select the bullet line, right click and select "Default formatting" to get the correct bullet color.

In AOO340m1 this does not work.

Reopen the bug please. I have tried to do the same thing: create two masters from scratch with different bullet colors. Everything seems to work fine until you save and reopen the file. After reopening, only one bullet color can be used, seems to be the color that was defined first.

This is a showstopper for AO 3.4.1 in our company. We have to revert to OOo 3.3 or LO3.6, both of which have no issues with this.

I can confirm the bug.
The attached file has been created with OOo3.2.1.
Open the file with an actual AOO and save it without any changes as new file.
Unzip original and "saved as" file.
The "saved as" file has a wrong list structure in the draw:text-box in the "outline" frame. There should be one list with nested sub-list. But it has two lists. The associated list styles are wrong.

Changing to confirm in attachment dialog seems to be ignored. So confirming separately.
