ALG: This task is a follow-up to the removal of the old np_sdk project in AOO in r1305304. Things to look at:
- Check if the old functionality can be revived using versions of the removed files under MPL1.1 instead of NPL1.1
- Check if Extras-Optionen-Internet-BrowserPlugin should be removed
- Check why Extras-Optionen-Internet-BrowserPlugin does not remember setting, neither when reopening dialog nor after office restart

i remember there was a write access problem on vista with oo3.1.
afaik the plugin never worked for me, when working with user privileges.
