The export filter in the "Microsoft Word 2003 XML format" is broken.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Writer document
- Type "abc"
- File - Save, choose "Microsoft Word 2003 XML" as format.

Expected result: file is saved.

Actual result: a progress bar appears, but when it completes, OpenOffice gives an error message saying it couldn't write to the file.

Maybe related to https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=93340 but that bug does not seem to occur on simple documents, while this does.
