Names are not displayed under the chart

In some circumstances, labels on the X-axis in charts turn into "0" and the original string is not displayed properly; the string, however, seems to be written correctly to the file, since other programs import it correctly.

Oddly enough, we were able to reproduce it only when the chart is based on a table formatted in a non-default way.

To reproduce:

1) Open the file I'll shortly attach or create a new document in Writer, a table with AutoFormat (we tried with the "Brown" preset), fill it with numbers and use the first column as labels for the X-axis.

2) Save, close and reopen.

3) Look at the X-axis labels.

Expected result: labels are preserved (in the sample file, one should see "Busto Arsizio", Gallarate"... under the chart).

Actual results: upon reloading, labels are lost and replaced by "0".

The error has been introduced with DEV300m99. In DEV300m98 the x-axis labels are correct.

The document is inconsistent. It has stored e.g.
<table:table-cell table:style-name="Tabella1.A1" office:value-type="float" office:value="0"><text:p text:style-name="P1">Abitanti</text:p>

That means type and value are set the a number format, but the paragraph content in the cell is a text. This could be generated, if the Number Recognition is turned off. You get the correct display, if the document is changed, so that the first column really has text format. You can see the wrong format in the preview in the number format dialog.

But there seem something more needed. When I generate such buggy document with OOo3.2.1 the display is not wrong.
