I try to reproduce this defect on Windows XP. 1)set Auto Save to 1 minute Tools->Options->Load/Save->General, "Save AutoRecovery information every" 1 minute. 2)save something at a time 3)type somethings and wait for several minutes. 4)kill AOO processes. 5)Restart document to check Recovery information. My question is how to know the autosave time information(accurate to seconds) or how to know the autosave happening. How to know if the autosave is happening: - You will see one progress bar at bottom every time when autosave runs Time information: - I use my clock Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20120828.1800, it can repro, change status from "uncomfirmed" to "confirmed". Description: 1)set Auto Save to 1 minute via Tools->Options->Load/Save->General, "Save AutoRecovery information every" 1 minute. 2. Type text and save it. 3. Type something and start the second clock simultaneously to track the time. 4. Check the progress bar appears on the standard bar at bottom of workbook when autosave occurs and stop the clock simultaneously results: it is not 1min, approx 1min and 6sec. |
