Steps to Reproduce:
1. New a document/spreadsheet/presentation.
2. Insert a Fontwork. A fontwork is inserted, and the fontwork toolbar pops up.
3. Click the "Fontwork Alignment" on the fontwork toolbar.

Expected Results:
There should be some options to be selected in the Fontwork Alignment down arrow button.

Actual Results: 
No option to select. You can not change the alignment.

Build Date & Platform:
Build revision is Rev. 1327774. First found on windows vista.

Symphony SymGAD_R1_20120530.2055 does not have such problem.
