When the bundled extensions are installed on first start of OpenOffice then OXT files are unpacked into temporary directories (Basis/userinst/user/extensions/tmp/).  These are not deleted after the installation finished.

This is a followup of bug 119272.

Fixed by creating the temporary repository.  This triggers the deletion of the temporary files.

Requesting this as release blocker because

a) the original bug 119272 is already a release blocker candidate.

b) this fix reduces the memory consumption by 50% (from >160MB).

Verify steps:
1)after installation, check Basis/userinst/user/extensions/tmp/

deleted after installation finished, with AOO3.4.1 branch 1354891 on WindowsXP

imho this bug is not fixed on win xp 32bit

aoo3.4.1 rev 1369843:
my "\OpenOffice.org\3\user\extensions\tmp" folder has 82mb after installation
