Restore windows pop-up says that program unexpectedly quit while trying to restore windows. will not respond when either restore windows button or dont restore windows button clicked. Preferences box is not able to be opened. must escape and force to quit program....HELP!  tried to trash program and reload but same issue keeps occurring.
