In File -> Save as, if one selects "Save with password" and expands the dialog, there is a checkbox "Open file read-only".

No matter whether this is enabled or not, it is possible to specify a "password to allow editing" below, but this only makes sense if "Open file read-only" is enabled.

It would be better to fix this by keeping "password to allow editing" disabled if "Open file read-only" is disabled. Otherwise the result is not what users expect.
