ppt sample file with ms excel chart

build:
AOo trunk r1381968

1)open sample file with MS excel chart in ppt
2)double click chart to activate it
3)right click chart and try to edit chart properties from context menu.


defect:
can't edit chart properties like chart type or something else. only can edit chart data to update chart.

Same root cause as issue 7635. OLE in OLE is not editable.
