After drawing in presentation mode there is no way to save the drawing on the slide.
Steps: 
1. Open new Impress presentation 
2. Add content to the slide
3. start presentation
4. select pen of the contextmenu
5. draw some lines
6. try to save the drawing
7. if you leave the presentation mode the drawing will be erased

Sorry, there is no way to save the drawings when you exit the show. Then they're gone.

Hello Martin,

If you want to save the lines you need to drawing into the slide because this option is only for the presentation.
