Hi guys,

I'm looking for a usable database query editor, thought i'd give a go to ooo base as it looks much similar to ms access, and works on a mac ...

Context :
* Database is stored on a MySql server, connecting through jdbc

When i do the following steps :
1 Edit a query using the interactive mode
2 Enter text in the criteria section for a column
3 Save the query with cmd-s (optional step)
4 Use the shortcut cmd - arrow (left or right) to go to the beginning or end of the text

Then
* ooo crashes (systematic)
* data is lost (the query is lost, the recovery tool doesn't help)

Importance: Critical.

because most mac users will one day or another use the cmd-arrow shortcut, and therefore will loose data.

The habit is impossible to loose (the users will do it on every single other app), therefore it happens all the time (I tried to pay attention, but impossible, i can't concentrate on the query, and concentrate on new/different shortcuts at the same time)

Expected behavior:

It should at least be crashproof (loosing work repetively is sufficiently annoying to make the user decide to use any another application - and that's what i'm going to do. I love you but, sorry, i hate headaches).
