non-primitive custom shape with polar handle saved by PowerPoint 2013

The origin is a ODF file with a custom shape of the default type "non-primitive", which has a polar handle. This file were saved to ppt-format by PowerPoint 2013. I have verified, that the ppt-file has still the polar handle, when reopened in PowerPoint. If you open the ppt-file in AOO, the handle is lost. You can no longer alter the shape lines.
The handle should be at the upper corner of the triangle.

Using the attachement 80113, the ppt file when opened in power point has a polar handle. When I tried to open the same ppt file on AOO the handle is lost but I am able to alter the shape line.
