Test the attached document with an ODF1.2 validator, for example with
http://odf-validator2.rhcloud.com/odf-validator2/

The document is not valid, because the draw:connector element is missing svg:viewBox attribute.

You can see in OpenDocument-v1.2-os-schema.rng that the svg:viewBox attribute is not optional but needed. You can download the schema from OASIS or browse it at http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/OpenDocument-v1.2-os-schema.rng 

It is needed in content too, because otherwise the values in svg:d do not have a reference to determine the unit.
