steps:
1.new a document
2.insert two line and set different rotated degree
3.select them and check the rotate box

defect:
the rotate box is not become 0 or disable or blank.

ALG: Same as #122128#. Rotation is also allowed in the dialog. It is done by applying a evtl. changed rotation relative to the already existiong one. It's extended functionality.
