Trunk build: r1413470

steps:
1.new a spreadsheet
2.input some text and select part of them to set different font size
3.exit edit mode and focus on the cell to check the font size box


defect:
Value of font size is no blank and 'Font Size Increase' and 'Font Size Decrease' icon buttons are not disabled.

ALG: Happens as described. BTW: Same in Symphony.

From my point of view the described behavior is consistent with the behavior of the corresponding controls (font and font size) from formatting toolbar.

I propose to resolve this issue as 'invalid'

Some further information/remarks:
- In edit mode the 'Font' and the 'Font size' controls in toolbar and sidebar shows the font and font size of the current text selection or (when there is no text selection) at the current cursor position.
- When not in edit mode the 'Font' and 'Font size' controls in toolbar and sidebar shows the font and font size which are set at the selected cells.
- The font and the font size set at a cell and set at the cell's text can be different.
- If a certain font and a certain font size is set at some cell's text, the font and the font size of the cell has no effect on this part of the cell's text.

--> resolving this issue as invalid
