The "Graphic" content panel title has no link to the Picture toolbar on its right side. All other content panel titles have this little button. For Graphic it is needed too, because the panel does not contain all settings, which are possible for pictures in the Picture toolbar.

ALG: There is no button in the graphic panel in my current version, and AFAIK it's intended. The links used there lead to dialogs with more information, not to toolbars. The toolbars are usable as before by blending them in as needed (evtl. using menu commands for it). There is no dialog for graphic options (only the toolbar), so I think this is as intended.
