The problem is in version 3.4.1. I think it was introduced when I upgraded to that version. NOT reproducible with server installation of "AOO 3.4.1 – German UI / German locale [AOO341m1(Build:9593) - Rev.1372282]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.
@Grønntass:
My printing dialog differs from your's. Where you have th section "Farge", I see a heading "Drucken" (Printing) with a dropdown to select how to pring comments.
a) Any ideas why your dialog is different?
b) Is that reproducible for you also with other AOO applications (Draw, Calc)?
c) any suspect concerning Extensions what might cause the problem?
d) does your problem persist when you renamed your user profile
before you launch AOOo (please see

e) Please contribute an English translation concerning your wide "Farge" text

German Printing Dialos not showing the problem
This is a duplicate of bug 122163 *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of issue 122163 *** Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 3.4.1 – Norvegian UI / German locale [AOO341m1(Build:9593) - Rev.1372282]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile. There IS the expected dropdown concerning selection at the right end of the gigantic dialog. But the text before is not simply "Kommentarer", but some long (Help?) text. I am pretty sure that all OS are affected @Grønntass: No more info required for this one. But because of "Bug 122234 - [nb] CALC Printing Dialog too wide because of wrong "Selected Cells" UI text" I wonder whether there might be more such wrong texts in UI? |
Created attachment 80622 [details] Left side of the printing window in Writer When giving a print order, the pop-up window is very wide. In fact, it's wider than the 1600 pixels I have on my PC. The problem can be caused by a long, norwegian text about color (farge) is displayed in the window when printing from Writer. But the window is as wide in Drawer, even though the text is not there.
