Always en-US should be offered when user language is not recognized.

If the language is available then a build will be offered in the green download box.

But if not then a default text + link to the respective L10N community is shown. This gives them the chance to offer aditional information. This was agreed with them and I don't want to change this.

Furthermore, I don't think that it's good to office en-US by default, when the user maybe don't understand any English. So, this won't help. But there is still the possibilitly to download any other available language via the "other.html" webpage.
