Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty writer document with default template
2. Insert header (Format > Page > Header on)
3. Insert table into the header (

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty writer document with default template
2. Insert header (Format > Page > Header on > OK)
3. Insert table into the header (Table > Insert > Table > OK)
4. Insert manual break with defined style (Insert > Manual Break > Page break - Style: DEFAULT
5. Save as .doc
6. Open result in MS Office Word viewer SP3 or MS Office 2007

Result: Header(s) after page break are colapsed. Documents with more pages exhibit flickering and can be completely unusable.

Word 2007 shows only part of table, rest of header is blank, after page break.

also reproduced with OOo 3.3.0 -> adjusting field Version accordingly
