Excel spreadsheet

When I open the attached spreadsheet with Microsoft Excel, row 1 has a height of 156 points (2.17"). When I open it with AOO Calc, row 1 has a height of 0.18".

also reproduced with OOo 3.3.0 -> adjusting field Version accordingly
