In all OpenOffice, the right vertical scroll bar is not flush with the screen (yes, the window is maximized). When we want to scroll using the mouse (left-click, not scroll wheel), it can't be selected when we move the mouse on the right edge. What it should be like: Firefox. It's frustrating when you want to work efficiently: you can't just push your mouse on the right, you have to place it over the scroll bar section... Thank you.

And yes, the Sidebar is not active (View > Sidebar)
