What model and software are needed to reproduce this bug? Um das zu machen, gehen Sie bitte folgendermaßen vor: 1. In “Spotlight” tragen Sie bitte terminal ein. 2. Öffnen Sie das Terminal-Programm. 3. Tragen Sie den folgenden Befehl ein: cupsctl WebInterface=yes 4. Öffnen Sie "Safari" und tragen Sie Folgendes ein: http://127.0.0.1:631/printers 5. Die Web-Interface-Druckertreiber werden angezeigt. 6. Gehen Sie dann auf "Administration/Manage printers". Wählen Sie Ihren Drucker aus, indem Sie ihn anklicken. 7. Sobald Sie den Drucker geöffnet haben, gehen Sie auf den Tab "Administration" (unter der Druckerbezeichnung) und dann auf "Set default options". Von hier können Sie die Etiketteneigenschaften genau so einstellen, wie Sie es wünschen. Unsererseits ist das die einzige Fehlerbehebung, die wir bezüglich Ihres Anliegens vorschlagen könnten. Sollte es nicht funktionieren, dann ist das Problem in OpenOffice und Pages zu suchen. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Hardware: - Any Mac with Intel-Processor (I own and tried MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini server and Mac mini) - if it would helps you, I can try Windows-Hardware too (DELL and Lenovo) - DYMO Labelwriter, the models I own and tried are: Labelwriter 450 and Labelwriter 450 Turbo, Labelwriter 450 DUO and Labelwriter 450 TwinTurbo - as Labels I used 99012 Standard Large Address 36 x 89 mm endless, 99017 Suspension Files 12 x 51mm, 99019 Large Lever Arch 59 x 190mm for landscape with the describes error - working in portrait mode is 30374 Appointment Cards, 51 x 89 mm (but the 99012, 99017 and 99012 you can print in portrait mode, that works, but makes no sense...) Software: - Mac OS 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8 (I had this error constant through this 3 versions, actually I'm working on 10.8) - DYMO most recent (or also older) Software with printer Driver (is a dmg-package) for Labelwriter, actually 8.5.0.1836 Lsbeldesign: I added yesterday as zip, but I can provide you more examples if you want Thank you very much! Personally I don't have access to a DYMO, only brother P-touch 1000 available in work place. |
Created attachment 81392 [details] working portrait AND unprintable landscape example with OpenOffice 3.2.1 on Mac, every DYMO label was printable, either portrait or landscape. After OpenOffice 3.3 and higher, and still in 4.0, the error is that DYMO labels in landscape are NOT printable, the sheet goes out for may be 10mm, then the print interrupts, you can see no text, no graphs nothing on the label but in portrait-mode, every label is printable. I found no workaround. With Word, the DYMO Labelwriter works perfect.
