Save with password check box is disabled.

Save with password is indeed disabled (tested with Linux 64 bit RPM, AOO401m5). However, this also happens with 3.4.1 (and possibly previous versions).

I reproduced the described behavior on Windows 7 64bit in OOo 3.2.0, AOO 3.4.0, AOO 4.0.0 and AOO 4.0.1
--> platform = All
--> version = 3.4.0
