Als long as I am not logged in I only see "Tools", after LogIn additionally "Share", but not "EDIT".

CONFIRMED due to comments on mailing lists.

Default edit rights have been intentionally disabled due to an increase in spam attacks against the CWiki Apache-wide.  This was announced on the dev list.  

Committers will be given edit rights automatically.  Non-committers will need to request edit rights by sending a note to the dev list.
