The program crashes when I try to insert rows, either by using the insert row dropdown option, or by right clicking in the row. It did this in the previous version too, I was hoping the updated version would have fixed this problem. Sometimes it does not do it, sometimes it does it continually.

Can you please attach a spreadsheet that exhibits the problem?

I'm not seeing a crash with inserting rows into a spreadsheet on AOO 4.0.1 on Windows 7.  I tried via the top menu and the context (right mouse) menu.

The crash may be dependent on the particular file and the data in that file.  

Carolyn, are you seeing this occur with every spreadsheet file, or just some?  We need to find a way to reproduce the crash so we can isolate and fix the bug.

This one probably is a DUP of "Bug 123166 - CRASH when Insert>row in particular way in particular document" where experience was that the problem was not 100% reproducible for any user.
