EVERY TIME I open a spread sheet in Calc, it crashes if I attempt to add a new row.

Probably a DUP of "Bug 123166 - CRASH when Insert>row in particular way in particular document"?

Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find evidence that we have an independent issue here  (for example because the fix for the other bug does not work for you). May be you want to test a current developer snapshot from <http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/index.html#win>?

If you want to reopen this bug  because fix does not work for you we would need much more detailed information due to <http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/HowToFileIssue>
