Simple dialog with a Frame Control

When designing a dialog with the IDE, the title of a Frame Control is written thinner than on a label control or a button control. This is less readable.

When the dialog is running the aspect of the title appears identical with other controls.

Anomaly confirmed by various users on Apache OpenOffice 4.0.1 with Windows 7, Ubuntu, OsX 10.9.1.
Anomaly also observed on Apache OpenOffice 3.4.1 (and LibreOffice 4.1) with Windows 7.

Can you please explain bug?

Your screenshot shows the problem : compare the text of the frame itself to the text above (on the button) and the text under (the label).
The text above and under have same appearance, the text of the frame differs.

On my two monitors the text of the frame appears as if colored, but this is a consequence of the thinness of the graphism of the characters.

Looking at 200% you can see that the oblique strokes are less crisp in letters A and Y.

I see, thank you!
