I opened the given Microsoft PowerPoint document on Windows 7 in
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2003
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2013
- AOO 4.0.0
- AOO 4.1.0 Beta

The animation effects look quite similar.

@Frantisek Erben:
Could you please restrict the sample document to the objects which show different animations? Thx in advance.

Could you please submit a separate issue for the second problem which you had observed? Thx in advance.

BTW, you reported the issue on the Mac OS X platform, but Microsoft Office 2013 is not available on the Mac OS X platform.
Did you made the screen shots of Microsoft Office 2013 on a Windows platform?

Screenshot with labeled differencies added.

>The animation effects look quite similar.

One effect complete missing.
End point of animation is different then on Win.

>Did you made the screen shots of Microsoft Office 2013 on a Windows platform?

Yes, of course. Win screenshot is from Windows computer.
I didn't test this issue on Win or Linux, so it is possible that this bug is platform independent.

@Franktisek Erben:
Thanks for making the differences clear.

I was able to reproduce the described differences on Windows 7.
It was reproducible in AOO 4.0.0 and AOO 4.1.0 Beta
In OOo 3.3.0, OOo 3.4 Beta and AOO 3.4.0 shows much more differences.
