Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.0.1 Release – German UI / German locale [AOO401m5(Build:9714)  -  Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions	

Open  Attachment 83178 [details] for Issue 124667, compare contents with result in any other Presentation software. In AOO Data series and legend are missing, y-axis with wrong scale

Still Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-dev – English UI / German locale - [AOO410m14(Build:9760)  -  Rev. 1583418_2014-04-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.

Already similar damages in AOO 3.1.1 (but in those days still a Legend visible) and AOO 3.3.0
