Replace current list box for easier selection of speed.

Looks like a good idea.

(a) with the current selector you can't see whether "fast" is already the
    fastest or whether there also is a "very fast" (differs for effects)
    With the slider you would see tat immediately in an intuitive way
(b) Can be used with less clicks than the current selector
