Impress hangs when adding a new presentation style using "Styles and Formatting" dialog within side bar.

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Open Impress with an empty presentation

(2) Select "Styles and Formatting" dialog, "Presentation Styles" tab within side bar

(3) Select "Outline 1" style

(4) Press right mouse button and try to add a new style using "New..."

The problem appears on Mac OS X 10.9.3 with OpenOffice 4.2 revision 1600631 from trunk, but seems to exist in earlier revisions too. It exists an Windows 7 with OpenOffice 4.0.1 too.

Already Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.0.0 Final – German UI / German locale [AOO400m3(Build:9702) - Rev. 1503704 2013-07-16 14:54:56 (Di, 16 Jul 2013)]" on German German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0-dev User Profile.

We never had a "New" function for Presentation Styles
(Issue 106112 - ability to create new presentation styles), and also in 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 the Styles pane (<f11>) only shows "modify", but not a "new" item.

It seems the Sidebar context menu offers a context menu item without existing function?
