How did you create the database? Are you using the default where the database is store inside the ODB document? The database is 3-4 years old, it's a tax and revenue database. I usually copy it each year from the previous data. The first step is to delete all entries from the table (e.g. 2012), then the year is changed (e.g. to 2013) and afterwards new records are entered with help of a form. |
