@Jim Avera: - What did you mean by "File->Search"? In AOO Calc we have Menu Edit - Find & Replace... - Content "DAY 2 - Afternoon" can be found on sheet "Day2" in row 17. Thus, it is no surprise that this content is Page Preview. Could you please be more specific about what content is shown in the Page Preview and in the exported PDF which is not part of the given spreadsheet? Edit->Find (Control-F) says "Search key not found" for text "Afternoon" (typed into the search box at the lower left corner). But I see now that Edit->Find does not search multiple sheets, only the current sheet. |
Created attachment 83722 [details] Demo document which includes old deleted content when printing Old (deleted) content appears when printing certain spreadsheets (appears in Print Preview and when exporting to PDF; I did not actually try printing). Attached is a sample spreadsheet. Use File->Search and confirm that the word "Afternoon" does not appear in current content. However File->Page Preview shows a lot of junk after the expected content, including page 7 containing the line "DAY 2 - Afternoon"
