Description tob 2014-12-23 09:26:03 UTC
Using the tool for rotating text in a cell, the text is not kept centered within the cell for any other angles than 0,90,180,270. Test with values like 1, 2, 15 etc. grade, the text is misplaced (rotating like on a cycloid) across adjacent cells within the same row, although the desired cell and pertaining row is vertically enlarged enough to contain it.

When the content is rotated, the cell itself is slanted. Please set cell borders (not the default orientation grid but real borders) and make the cells much wider hand higher than the text. Do you still think, that the text is wrong aligned? In that case please attach a file with the wrong behavior.

I do not see any error in alignment. I use version 4.1.1 on Windows 7.

Ah ok, I understand the principle now; only, it seemed ugly to me that the text literally "ran out" from the cell.
But, as can be seen in the included example, the auto-width of cell (achieved by double clicking on the horizontal ruler) is not accurate enough to contain all the "test" word; this has to be manually achieved as second step.
