test import file

csv file text import dialog saves user settings (-> https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=77950) but copy & paste text import dialog does not.

steps to reproduce:

- copy & paste twice into a spreadsheet:

AAA,BBB,CCC,DDD
1,2,3,11.01.2015
11,22,33,12.01.2015,
111,222,333,13.01.2015

By default, copy & paste is done as HTML format.
You should do a paste special and select unformatted text to run Import dialog.

I disagree that Import dialog remember previous options.
Clipboard is an external app and AOO can't control its content.

this is exactly what i did, but why not preselect saved settings?
seems to be the same dialog?
