Created attachment 84570 [details] Sample graph where Y autoscale wrongly uses y_min=0 Y autoscale does its job, except when I use a large set of data y_min becomes 0. The attached file illustrates the issue. If one remove enough lines at the bottom of the list, autoscaling is working well again, but if one restores these lines then y_min becomes 0.
