Sometimes you want a title page with an optimal vertical spacing of the title, using the golden ratio. Assuming you put the title and perhaps sub title and author name in a frame getting that effect requires a lot of work that can easily be done automatically - you have to subtract the height of the frame from the page height, calculate 39 % of that and assign that value to the From top field. it'd be much easier to have an extra option in the Position - Vertical list: Top - Bottom - Center - Golden Ratio - From Top.
