A fault has developed which will not allow me to open any of the programmes or files that use Open Office. I attempted to rectify the problem by reinstalling however it will not allow me to do this and will also not allow me to delete or uninstall the programme from my computer. 

When i try to reinstall it comes up with the following error- The wizard was interrupted before OpenOffice 4.1.2 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time please run set up again. 

This has happened several times and will not allow me to amend the issue.
