Open i.e. Impress
Insert a second slide
Insert any sound or video file on this slide

An Error Message pops up:
"The format of the choosen file is not supported"

Same in Writer, Calc and Draw

Works in AOO 4.1.6_RC1_Rev. 1844227
and the Linux x86-64 deb build 4.2_de_Rev.1823225 provided by Jim Jagielski at 07.02.2017
but this builds have another issue: see issue 127924

There is no 4.1.6 RC1 until it is announced!

As nobody else answers, I add a video which shows the behavior in actual AOO 4.1.6 Linux Mint 18.3

Same behavior in Jim Jagielskis snapshot 4.2.0_dev-r1851640_Linux_x86-64 from January 2019

I also add an odp test file with video.
