After upgrading from 4.1.3 to 4.1.6 I was unable to open OpenOffice or any of my documents because of my security settings as the developer was not known as an identified developer. Choosing to open OpenOffice "anyway" did not change anything nor did relaxing my security settings. I Reverted to version 4.1.3 and I could open my documents problem less again.
My OSX version is "El Capitan" (10.11.6). MacBook Pro late 2011.
